1) Heat Up Curry Paste in Oil for ~30 seconds until fragrant 2) Add Coconut Milk and Stir Until Uniform in Color 3) Bring to Simmer
4) Add Palm Sugar, Fish Sauce, and Vegetables 5) Mix Well and Let Simmer for ~15 Minutes or Until Vegetables are Tender and Sugar is Dissolved
