RED CURRY WITH SEAFOOD

Thai Curry is an easy-to-make Southeast Asian dish using curry paste, coconut milk, vegetables, palm sugar, and your choice of protein(s).

1) Mae Ploy Brand Curry Paste 2) Regular Coconut Milk 3) Palm Sugar

Steps to Make Thai Curry

1) Heat Up Curry Paste in Oil for ~30 seconds until fragrant 2) Add Coconut Milk and Stir Until Uniform in Color 3) Bring to Simmer

4) Add Palm Sugar, Fish Sauce, and Vegetables 5) Mix Well and Let Simmer for ~15 Minutes or Until Vegetables are Tender and Sugar is Dissolved

6) Add proteins of your choice and cook until ready (~5-15 minutes pending protein) 7) Serve over rice!
